Rationale:
Participation in the CIEE Global Internship Conference (GIC) in Tallinn, Estonia, learning from best practices.

Target group: Work package leaders (RSU, LBTU). Planned number of participants: 2–3 participants from RSU and LBTU.
Event format: In-person

Expected outcome:
A deepened understanding of global internship development trends and digitally-based learning approaches, as well as practical knowledge on preparing students for the international labour market. Participants will gain specific tools and best practice examples, an understanding of internship quality assessment, and will expand their professional network in an international environment.
