Requirements for Candidates

  • Higher education
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Experience in record management
  • Excellent Latvian and English language skills
  • High stress tolerance, ability to work in dynamic conditions
  • Strong social skills, critical thinking, ability to listen to diverse opinions
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Ability to take responsibility, independently plan and organize personal, team, and partner activities
  • Preference for candidates with experience in procurement organization and working on EU-funded projects

  • Organizing office operations
  • Ensuring the flow of information between company employees, management, members, and partners
  • Assisting company management and providing support to colleagues
  • Procuring office and household supplies
  • Providing support to accounting
  • Managing documentation
  • Organizing events
  • Engaging and recruiting colleagues

We Offer

  • Salary starting from EUR 1700–2000 before taxes.
