SUMMARY:Study visit
DESCRIPTION:Study visit for a better understanding of best practices in organising the informed consent process in student research\nPlanned timeframe: April–May 2026\nActivity type: Study visit \nRationale:\nIn order to develop a high-quality and practically tested model\, it is necessary to learn from the best practices of foreign higher education institutions — particularly regarding the distribution of responsibilities in the informed consent process\, the actual stages of the process\, the use of digital solutions and their integration with secure data management\, as well as training\, quality control\, and ethics review mechanisms in student research. The information gathered will be used to develop the technical specification for an IT solution to support this process. \nTarget group: WP2 members. Planned number of participants: 3–4 participants from RSU.\nEvent format: In-person \nExpected outcome:\nStructured knowledge acquired regarding the informed consent process management model\, distribution of responsibilities\, process flow\, and digital solutions — providing a foundation for developing a high-quality technical specification.
